2011
New Kitchen for Hebe
This has included a new boiler to replace the very old one a new ceramic hob and fan assisted oven and a continuous work top with an inset sink. The washer dryer is now in the kitchen rather than being in the consevatory.

2011 New electric fire in the Lounge to make more space and modernise the room.

2010 Replaced the patio door in Thalia. It was causing some problems.

2010 Replaced Thalia's bathroom carpet.

2010 Windows and porch to the front of Hebe replaced and the porch re-floored.

2009 The boiler in Thalia has been replaced with a more environmentally friendly one.

2009 Both houses now have wide screen televisions.

The chairs and tables for Hebe's patio and conservatory have been replaced.

2009 We had some rather nice pictures inherited from Ann's parents re-framed and hung in Thalia and Hebe.

2009 We have new blinds in Thalia's bathroom

We have replaced the shower head and rail in Thalia to provide a better spray and make it more controlable. The old one semed to spray where it wanted to rather than where you wanted it to!

2008 We have new lights in the drive between Thalia and our house which makes it much nicer to do the not very nice job of putting out the rubbish.

2007
We have had a new drive, parking area and front path for Thalia laid which is level and improves not only the look of the front of Thalia but also makes it much better when parking and unloading cars.

We have renovated and redecorated Hebe's back bedroom.
This has included removing part of the chimney breast to allow a third bed to be accommodated more comfortably in the room.

We have relaid the lawn at Hebe with new turf and improved the garden.

The floor in Hebe's front porch has been raised to improve accessability.

Broadband internet connection in Thalia and Hebe.

We have redecorated Thalia – lounge, dining room, hall & landing, cloak room and three bedrooms.

We have installed a Free View Digital TV set top box in Thalia and Hebe.

We have a collection of DVD's for our use. You are welcome to borrow them.

2004
We have installed drinking water filters in both houses.

We have provided DVD players in each house. (region 2)

2003
We have completed the patio in “Thalia's” back garden.

We have provided CD / radio / cassette players in both houses.

2002
We have replaced the furniture in all Thalia's bedrooms and Hebe's back and small bedrooms with solid pine furniture.

We removed the concrete path in Thalia's garden and made the garden into a self contained private space.
