BOOKING PROCEDURE and CONDITIONS

  1. Please fill in Enquiry Form on our website, E-Mail us or telephone 020 8542 0505 to check availability of accommodation and make a provisional booking.
  2. We will hold this for five days pending receipt of a deposit of £100.
  3. On receipt of the deposit we will send you an e-mail confirmation of the booking, detailing the balance which is due one month before the start of your booking also specifying the damage deposit required on arrival, usualy £100.

GENERAL INFORMATION

  1. BOOKINGS. Midweek and weekend bookings are accepted.
  2. ARRIVALS & DEPARTURES. Every effort will be made to make the house available from 2 pm. In order to facilitate this we would be grateful if guests would vacate by 10am on the day of departure. However, in the case of early arrival or late departure, guests are welcome to leave their luggage in the owner's house.
  3. HEATING. Gas for central heating, water heating and cooking and electricity for light, TV, washing machine, shower etc. are included in the tariff, however the owners would be grateful for your consideration in the use of these. Telephone and broadband internet will charged for separately.
  4. BREAKAGES. Guests are requested to notify us of any breakages, damage or malfunction so that replacements or repairs may be arranged. Minor breakages will not normally be charged for but we would point out that all damages and breakages are the responsibility of the hirer and a £100 refundable damage deposit will be required prior to the holiday.
  5. PETS. In the interest of all guests we regret that we cannot accommodate pets.
  6. CANCELLATION INSURANCE. We strongly advise you to take out some form of holiday insurance in case of cancellation. We regret that we cannot refund payments unless the accommodation is relet and legally you may be liable to compensate us for any loss of revenue.
  7. LIABILITY. The proprietors and their employees and agents shall not be liable to any person for any personal injury or loss, or damage or loss to property, however caused or sustained.
  8. HOLIDAY ACCOMMODATION. The properties are available for holiday accommodation only and is exempt from the security of tenure under the Rent Act.
  9. ACCURACY. Descriptions are made in good faith and are as accurate as possible. However, the owners cannot accept responsibility for errors and omissions and facilities which are unavailable for reasons outside their control.
  10. NUMBERS. The property is equipped to provide accommodation for five (Thalia) or six (Hebe) people. This number must not be exceeded without prior agreement.
  11. PAYMENT. All payments may be made by sterling cheque or bank transfer. Foreign currency cheques in major currencies will be accepted at current exchange rate after any commission charges by the banks.
  12. SECURITY DEPOSITS. The security deposit will be returned to you shortly after your departure. The owners retain the right to charge for any damage to the property or contents due to any action or negligence on behalf of the renter or any member of his/her party or any person he/she allows onto the premises.
  13. SECURITY ARRANGEMENTS. The security arrangements provided must be used to maintain the insurance cover arranged by the owners.
